The City of Groveport currently contracts with Evans, Mechwart, Hambleton & Tilton, Inc. (EMH&T) for professional engineering services. EMH&T is under contract through December 31, 2011 to provide the following type of services:

• Engineering studies;
• development of construction plans;
• bidding of projects;
• surveying;
• environmental services;
• grants and loans services;
• land planning;
• transportation services;
• storm water management services;
• water services;
• wastewater services;
• geographic information system (GIS) and digital mapping; and
• construction management services.

Stephen J. Farst, P.E., of EMH&T currently serves as the city's Engineer. Mr. Farst is a graduate of The Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has eight years of experience with the Village and over 20 years of experience in civil engineering.
